If you are seeking political advertising records not found in Comcast’s instance of the FCC’s public file or in its Political Ad Archive but required to be maintained pursuant to state-specific legislation, please complete the intake form below, detailing the state-level political advertising records you seek. Upon receipt of a completed intake form, Comcast Advertising will send an email acknowledging such receipt. Please note that, if you submit your completed intake form between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, your request will not be deemed received until the next non-holiday business day.
